Media Library: one home for every file
A full file manager: folders, My uploads, search inside documents, PDF and image editors, OCR and transcription, versions and quotas.
The media library is now the place where every file of the organization lives. Pages, courses, logos and emails all draw from it, and the library itself learned to read, edit and index what you upload.
Folders, sharing and My uploads
The library opens on the organization's folders. My uploads replaces group sharing: everything you upload is yours until you move it into a shared folder, and shared files show who they come from. Each file tells where it is used on pages, courses and templates, so nothing is deleted while a page still needs it.
Every organization now has a storage quota and upload ceilings per file kind. Archived files are purged after 30 days, and a recoverable version history keeps the last 30 days of every file.
Editors inside the library
Images open in an editor for cropping, rotating and quick fixes. PDFs open in an editor built on EmbedPDF where you fill in, annotate and sign a document without leaving the library. Videos let you choose the preview frame. Full-screen previews got more room and their actions moved next to the file.
Search that reads your files
Office documents, scanned PDFs and audio are read on upload: text and previews for Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OCR in Hebrew and English for scanned pages, and transcription in Hebrew and English for recordings. The organization search finds a sentence inside a PDF, and file contents are indexed on your device by one worker shared by every open tab.
Everything goes through the library
Every media field in the page editor now opens the library, including video uploads. Organization and sign-in logos are library files. Older media files were adopted into the library and keep their addresses, so no published page changed. Importing from a remote URL was removed; files come from the library or from your device.
For agents: file sessions with resumable large uploads, a file picker that opens inside the chat, and bounded document reading with previews. File processing and maintenance moved to Temporal workflows, so a stuck transcription no longer blocks the rest.
